Power Hour
Power Hour Logo
Power Hour is a Center for club members to brush up on skills learned in school, and learn something new. During the school year it is a place to work on homework, play an educational game, read a book, or even break your own multiplication timing record. For every 15 minutes spent in Power Hour, club members will receive 1 point. On Fridays the store is open and members can redeem their points for prizes. Power Hour provides a place to find extra support, and guidance in your education. "Learning is fun"
iPADS HELP KIDS LEARN
The fun is just beginning in Power Hour with the introduction of the iPad. Moving from flash cards to iPads has been a great incentive for our members to practice their math facts. Members who fill their 3 hour iPad math practice card earn the opportunity to use the iPad for an appropriate activity of their choice.

When the School Year Session is in full swing, Power Hour is overflowing with kids working on their homework. The education center has many resources including weekly spelling lists and books for reading. Parents, teachers and the Power Hour work together to help each club member reach their full potential.
