Club Youths of the Year Honored in Helena

Spring 2013

On February 19, Hi–Line Club Youth of the Year, Nate Ramsbacher, traveled to Helena to meet other candidates from Clubs around the state.
"I made some great friends, it was terrific," said Nate. The candidates spent the morning at the State Capitol, where they toured the building and met legislators, including Lieutenant Governor John Walsh. Lt Governor Walsh assisted in judging the competition, and admitted that picking one winner from such an impressive gathering of youth was very difficult. In the end, Spencer Hallin from the Boys & Girls Club of Southwest Montana (Bozeman) was named Montana′s Youth of the Year.
Nate finished his day with a speech during a banquet that evening. He shared his plans to attend the University of Montana this fall, and how the Club has impacted his life. "When I think of the Club," said Nate, "I think of a place where great futures start."
Congratulations Nate, we are proud of you!
